Business Development Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: Hybrid work model in Toronto

An independent technology consulting firm providing guidance and solutions to over 1000 global clients across Information Systems, Telecom, Life Sciences, and Engineering.
What you will do
- Build, develop, and scale a Business Unit with full operational and strategic ownership.
- Identify market opportunities, map client needs, and develop structured technical and financial proposals.
- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L), optimize revenue, and handle financial follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and open new accounts, handling legal and contractual aspects.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and career development for a team of consultants.
- Contribute to business planning and implement new strategic processes.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in cold calling and active prospecting.
- Background in Life Sciences or Healthcare is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Toronto.

- Proficiency in French.
