What you will do

  • Develop and drive people strategy that improves employee engagement and supports inclusive, equitable people practices.
  • Provide strategic direction and practical guidance across DEIB initiatives, talent management, performance, and employee retention.
  • Lead or support organizational design and development, onboarding, and people operations.
  • Advise leadership on company policies and partner with ERGs on culture and work environment topics.
  • Manage organizational transformation and change management, including coaching and upskilling team members.
  • Support compliance and talent acquisition, including HR audits and HRIS/digital HR platform knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building people strategy that motivates and engages employees.
  • Experience advising on HR practices across DEIB, talent management, performance, retention, organizational design, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Experience managing organizational transformation and change management.
  • Experience acting as an advisor to leadership and working with ERGs regarding policies and culture/work environment.
  • Experience leveraging people operations and automation for HR operational efficiencies.
  • Knowledge of digital HR platforms (e.g., employee performance tools).
