TL;DR

Regional HR Manager (HR): Leading and scaling HR operations for the AMER region to provide compliant and scalable people services with an accent on employee relations and organizational design. Focus on partnering with senior leadership to drive talent development, succession planning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Location: Must be based in the Americas region (Home Based)

What you will do

  • Lead and scale the regional HR team for the Americas.
  • Deliver precise and compliant HR operations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Manage talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, and engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with senior managers on organizational design, rewards, and workforce planning.
  • Coach and advise people managers on complex employee relations issues across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and design global HR policies.

Requirements

  • Experience leading HR initiatives across regions within a technology business.
  • Proven people management and business partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and practical implementation of HR practices and employment law across the Americas region.
  • Experience working in a remote-first organization.
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.

Nice to have

  • Experience with immigration policies and mobility processes.
  • Professional HR qualification (e.g., SHRM).
  • Strong facilitation skills.
