What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers to ensure delivery excellence and team effectiveness.
• Own the execution of digital experience strategy across various distribution channels, including AAA club agency and direct platforms.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, specifically AI/ML and analytics, to improve experience quality and efficiency.
• Translate enterprise product and experience strategy into actionable roadmaps and business cases.
• Collaborate across a matrixed environment with Actuarial, Risk Management, IT, and AAA Partner Clubs to align priorities.
• Monitor domain performance metrics and ensure delivery meets defined KPIs and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US; no visa sponsorship is provided.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience with 3-5+ years of direct people leadership.
• Deep knowledge of P&C insurance, rating/underwriting, and legislative/DOI regulations.
• Proven ability to communicate and present strategic initiatives to senior executives.
• Strong financial and analytical skills tied to product performance and profitability.

Nice to have

• Advanced degrees or certifications such as CPCU or actuarial exams.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud, Jutro Digital Platform (JDP), and other Guidewire applications.
• Certifications and courses related to digital delivery and AI/ML.
