What you will do

• Lead product discovery and design to create advanced new products with optimal product-market fit for carriers.
• Perform deep data exploration and research similar industry assets to identify innovative opportunities.
• Precisely formalize insurance problems, business processes, and system requirements.
• Define the vision, product requirements, and roadmap for the technical squad dedicated to the Insurance Data Network (IDN).
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to drive a unified market message and build consensus.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
• Direct experience within the insurance industry.
• Required experience in State Reporting (mandated data submittal, compliance information, or progress reports to government agencies).
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive useful insights.
• Superior strategic communication skills for interacting with clients and prospects.
• Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on rapid delivery and measurement.
