What you will do

• Drive the modernization of core document processing systems toward a scalable document intelligence solution.
• Partner with engineering to plan, ship, and validate AI-driven solutions while tracking key performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline the platform to reduce complexity and unlock scale.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategic outcomes and trade-offs.
• Define clear interfaces, data contracts, SLAs, and consumption patterns for platform partners.
• Maintain production system stability while implementing AI transformations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in data infrastructure, cloud platforms, or machine learning.
• Proven experience shipping AI-enabled solutions to production environments.
• Experience leading migrations and roadmap execution in live production environments with legacy constraints.
• Strong fluency in data modeling, system performance, and AI/ML concepts related to document understanding.
• Ability to navigate technical designs and communicate risks across stakeholders with varying technical levels.

Nice to have

• Background in Healthcare or Life Sciences, specifically within HIPAA-compliant environments.
• Experience with cross-market data operations and GDPR privacy considerations.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI in production systems.
