What you will do

• Define and lead the enterprise strategy for insurance product platforms to ensure modernization and operational excellence.
• Own the multi-year roadmap for platform capabilities, driving automation and AI integration.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle capabilities, including benefit design and CMS bid filing.
• Manage platform governance and data quality to ensure strict regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Technology, Data & AI, Actuarial, and Compliance leaders to build scalable technical solutions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing organization of product, platform, and data professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management, platform strategy, or healthcare operations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong background in highly regulated industries, specifically Medicare or Medicaid.
• Proven experience leading platform modernization or AI-enabled enterprise initiatives.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and regulatory execution frameworks.
• Executive-level communication skills to translate complex systems into business strategy.
