What you will do

• Lead a high-caliber engineering team, overseeing hiring and professional development.
• Own the development of the hirify.global Marketplace third-party resale integration.
• Partner with product management to define the roadmap and technical architecture.
• Set technical direction and derisk large-scale initiatives in a high-growth environment.
• Scale the platform to meet growing demand while maintaining high standards for reliability and quality.
• Mentor and grow emerging engineering leaders and senior individual contributors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical and management leadership experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and building software platforms.
• Experience coding in .NET or Node.js.
• Experience working within CI/CD and cloud deployment environments.
• Proficiency with logging, monitoring, and alerting best practices.
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with containers and container orchestration.
• Expertise in AWS or similar cloud-native architectures at scale.
• Knowledge of marketplace, payments, or third-party integration systems.
• Experience with high-throughput, high-availability consumer platforms.
