What you will do

• Own engineering delivery, maintenance, and production operations for HHAeXchange SaaS platforms.
• Drive modernization and platform evolution, advancing cloud-native principles and AWS best practices.
• Lead the development and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and AI-assisted SDLC tools (e.g., Cursor) to improve velocity.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development for engineering managers, tech leads, and individual contributors.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, and Data/AI stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes and system stability.
• Oversee engineering governance, release planning, and operational readiness to ensure quality across releases.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in developing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting applications.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing highly skilled software development teams.
• Must be located in the US within EST or CST time zones.
• Proven experience leading AI-enabled software products and implementing AI-assisted SDLC tools.
• Strong expertise in .NET, Angular, Web Services/APIs, SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Experience leading teams supporting business-critical enterprise SaaS systems (Healthcare, billing, or ERP).
