What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for mass-market fundraising and unify federation-facing activities to maximize collective potential.
• Oversee the Direct Response fundraising program, driving revenue growth and grassroots donor base expansion.
• Design and lead the strategy for collaborative philanthropy, focusing on affiliate satisfaction and shared donor practices.
• Manage a Direct Response and Digital Marketing team responsible for generating over $230 million in revenue.
• Interface with affiliate partners as the primary leader and deputy to the Chief Development Officer.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to advance a culture of teamwork, innovation, and belonging.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Washington, DC or New York, NY.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in complex high-volume marketing technology and fundraising systems.
• At least 8 years of leadership experience in federated or chapter-based fundraising models.
• Proven experience managing direct response and digital marketing programs to drive mass-market revenue.
• Expertise in designing collaborative fundraising models that balance national scale with local impact.
