Salary: $55,000 – $60,000

What you will do

• Identify and engage community and corporate leaders to build sustainable partnerships.
• Recruit, empower, and coach volunteer committees to implement proven fundraising strategies.
• Manage multiple peer-to-peer fundraising events annually to ensure year-over-year growth.
• Develop and nurture relationships with event teams, sponsors, and participants.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and milestones to achieve revenue and participation goals.
• Utilize data and social media to drive community excitement and event success.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Rogers or Fayetteville, AR.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in volunteer mobilization or meeting sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% within the territory by car.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn Luminate/Convio software.
• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and meetings.
