What you will do

• Define and execute the consumer marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, trust, and advocacy.
• Evolve the brand positioning from a crisis-focused platform to one centered on everyday generosity.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, paid, social, and influencer channels.
• Develop a scalable storytelling engine and content strategy to showcase human impact.
• Create targeted strategies to increase relevance and engagement among Millennial and Gen Z audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing to align innovation with customer-facing narratives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading consumer, brand, or integrated marketing for consumer-facing or mission-driven organizations.
• Proven track record of building brands that drive both cultural relevance and business growth.
• Deep expertise in brand strategy, content development, and audience engagement.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for the stated compensation and benefits.
