What you will do

  • Design and implement company-wide OKR and KPI frameworks and governance processes.
  • Develop and evolve LTI, bonus, and incentive programs aligned with business outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on organizational health and performance.
  • Create performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor strategic priorities.
  • Identify organizational bottlenecks and execution risks to improve operational maturity.

Requirements

  • Experience scaling performance systems in tech, fintech, SaaS, or crypto companies.
  • Expertise in OKRs, KPIs, and leadership calibration.
  • Deep knowledge of Total Rewards and performance-linked compensation design.
  • Proven track record of working directly with CEOs and executive leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the crypto or fintech domains.
  • Background in organizational design and workforce effectiveness.
  • Combination of consulting experience with in-house leadership roles.
