What you will do

• Establish governance frameworks and sourcing standards for professional services and contingent labor engagements.
• Drive supplier rationalization and preferred supplier strategies for consulting firms and staffing agencies.
• Lead complex negotiations involving SOW commercial structures, rate cards, and volume discounts.
• Own high-spend categories and lead cross-functional teams to deliver multi-year roadmaps and operating model changes.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to mitigate worker misclassification risks and ensure global compliance.
• Deliver measurable cost savings through TCO analysis, supplier consolidation, and labor rate optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, project management, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience managing large/complex Professional Services and/or Contingent Labor categories.
• Strong understanding of "Big Four" service provider ecosystems and workforce operating models (VMS/MSP).
• Expertise in benchmarking, TCO, complex contracting, and commercial strategy.
• Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid model in Mesa, Arizona.
• Proven track record of influencing VP/C-suite decisions with executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in a related field.
• Experience with VMS platforms such as Beeline or SAP Fieldglass.
• Certifications: CPSM/CIPS, PMP/Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Experience leading transformation programs across multiple global regions.
• Grasp of software licensing models (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS).
