What you will do

• Design and execute IT category strategies to optimize spend and enhance overall business value.
• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations for major enterprise software and cloud services, including master agreements and statements of work.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global IT business partners to align procurement with long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, and Privacy teams to ensure compliance and minimize institutional risk.
• Track savings, competitive events, and contractual milestones using procurement management technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years of dedicated IT software procurement experience, including extensive contract negotiation and red-lining.
• Proven track record of negotiating large-scale enterprise software agreements and niche technology contracts.
• Strong understanding of IT protocols, procurement best practices, and supply chain strategy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with procurement management platforms such as Ariba.
