What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for capital equipment and CAPEX projects, including strategy development, RFQs, and supplier selection.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, and service agreements to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Project Management to translate technical requirements into effective sourcing outcomes.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives through market analysis and benchmarking.
• Manage supplier performance for capital projects to ensure quality, delivery, and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to manage multiple parallel sourcing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Proven experience running RFQs and negotiating commercial terms for complex equipment.
• Experience using ERP, S&OP, or payment systems for purchasing and data management.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree and additional industry experience.
• Advanced experience in sourcing analytics or category management.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
