Location: Hybrid work model; focusing on operations across Europe and the Middle East.

What you will do

  • Lead regulatory analysis on high-impact legislative proposals across Europe and the Middle East to determine business and operational outcomes.
  • Drive the full cycle of policy development, from horizon-scanning and position development to advocacy and external engagement.
  • Address complex regulatory challenges, specifically regarding the future of work for courier partners.
  • Facilitate alignment between Legal, Strategy & Operations, Product, Finance, and Communications functions.
  • Represent the company with regulators, industry groups, and think tanks to shape the broader policy environment.
  • Advise on regulatory risk by balancing legal, operational, and financial trade-offs to ensure commercial scalability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in law, government, or policy development in an international setting.
  • Master of Laws degree from a reputable EU university or equivalent strong legal experience.
  • Professional exposure to digital platforms, mobile apps, or software solutions.
  • Fluency in English and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to other European cities and the U.S.

Nice to have

  • Experience in employment and labour law in international settings.
  • Previous in-house experience at a technology company or a U.S.-based company.
