TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (AI): Partnering with enterprise clients to design and implement generative AI solutions for contact centers with an accent on technical discovery, product demonstrations, and complex deal navigation. Focus on bridging the gap between business requirements and technical architecture to drive large-scale digital transformation.

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote/Hybrid)

Salary: $160,000–$173,000 per year (plus variable and equity)

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Directors to evangelize and sell the technical and business value of the AI platform.
  • Lead collaborative discovery sessions with C-level stakeholders and IT leaders to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific customer needs and pain points.
  • Address complex technical, security, networking, and integration requirements with customer IT departments.
  • Scope and recommend comprehensive technical solutions that meet enterprise business objectives.
  • Provide critical market feedback to internal Product and CX teams to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of Pre-sales or Business Value experience in the enterprise software industry.
  • Must be based in the US with the ability to travel nationally for customer engagements.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives and technical business owners.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technical environments, ideally within the Customer Experience or Contact Center space.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

Nice to have

  • Experience in early-stage, high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Track record of working on complex, 7-figure transformational deals.
  • Experience working with Fortune 50/100 enterprise customers.
