Location: Hybrid; Must have a valid CA driving license and be able to work from the North Highlands office and drive throughout the Greater Sacramento Area

Compensation: $250,000 – $350,000 OTE

A residential construction leader specializing in high-quality, customized ADU solutions in the Sacramento market.

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs through high-ticket deal closures.
  • Conduct in-person presentations to qualified warm leads to pitch company services.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing clients.
  • Visit prospective customers' homes in the Greater Sacramento Area to take measurements using tech devices.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using AI, CRM, and sales automation tools.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven B2C sales experience in ADUs, Residential Construction, Real Estate, or Property Management in the US market.
  • English: C1-C2 level proficiency required.
  • Must possess a valid California driving license and a vehicle.
  • In-depth knowledge of ADUs and residential construction.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and AI sales tools.
  • Fluency in Russian or another Slavic language is a strong plus.
