What you will do

• Administer and optimize core GTM platforms including Salesforce CRM, Marketo, and CPQ.
• Design and maintain NetSuite ↔ Salesforce order-to-cash integrations using iPaaS tools or direct API development.
• Develop custom automation and platform extensions using Python, JavaScript, or Apex.
• Implement AI-powered capabilities for lead routing, forecasting models, and intelligent workflow automation.
• Translate complex business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Finance into scalable systems logic.
• Manage the GTM tech stack roadmap and oversee vendor relationships and procurement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, and CPQ Specialist.
• Proven experience building or maintaining CRM ↔ ERP integrations (e.g., Salesforce ↔ NetSuite).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Salesforce Apex, including SOQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo, focusing on lead lifecycle and CRM sync.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS revenue processes: lead-to-opportunity and quote-to-cash.
