Salary: $132,000 — $203,500 USD

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end administration and architecture of recruiting platforms (ATS, CRM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Design and configure global workflows, permissions, and system logic to support scalability.
  • Develop and maintain system integrations using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
  • Implement AI-enabled features such as candidate matching and chatbots to optimize processes.
  • Establish data integrity standards and partner with analytics teams for actionable reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT and Security to ensure system reliability, compliance, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in ATS, CRM, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong experience in system configuration, architecture, and administration.
  • Proven ability to implement integrations via APIs and middleware.
  • AI fluency and familiarity with AI/ML applications in recruiting and learning platforms.
  • Experience leading medium-to-large complexity technical initiatives.
  • Must be based in the US (Bellevue, Chicago, San Francisco, or Washington DC).
