What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, overseeing prioritization and professional development.
- Translate client technical requirements into scalable platform configurations for new implementations.
- Define test scenarios and validate functionality to ensure custom client requirements are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during testing and post-implementation phases.
- Serve as a technical SME for client-facing teams and support client interactions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to scale internal configuration management tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in configuration management or systems implementation.
- 1+ year of people management experience.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proficiency with Excel, JSON-based business rules, and Jira.
- Experience with SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in HealthTech or familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare data.
