What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, overseeing prioritization and professional development.
• Translate client technical requirements into scalable platform configurations for new implementations.
• Define test scenarios and validate functionality to ensure custom client requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during testing and post-implementation phases.
• Serve as a technical SME for client-facing teams and support client interactions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to scale internal configuration management tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in configuration management or systems implementation.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with Excel, JSON-based business rules, and Jira.
• Experience with SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in HealthTech or familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare data.
