What you will do
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to document business requirements for software projects.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise user stories aligned with strategic goals.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify and implement efficiency gains.
- Create technical flow diagrams and document system specifications for development teams.
- Contribute to system implementations, troubleshoot issues, and conduct impact analysis.
- Mentor junior and mid-level analysts, providing technical guidance and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar technology role.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship provided, including CPT/OPT).
- Proven experience with Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence (WebI).
- Strong expertise with the EASY database system and related data.
- Solid background in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Experience implementing AI-driven use cases.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Financial industry experience.
- Prior experience in production support and troubleshooting.
- Experience as a QA Engineer or Software Developer.
- Previous roles as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
