What you will do

• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to document business requirements for software projects.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, concise user stories aligned with strategic goals.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify and implement efficiency gains.
• Create technical flow diagrams and document system specifications for development teams.
• Contribute to system implementations, troubleshoot issues, and conduct impact analysis.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts, providing technical guidance and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar technology role.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship provided, including CPT/OPT).
• Proven experience with Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence (WebI).
• Strong expertise with the EASY database system and related data.
• Solid background in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience implementing AI-driven use cases.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Financial industry experience.
• Prior experience in production support and troubleshooting.
• Experience as a QA Engineer or Software Developer.
• Previous roles as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
