What you will do
- Manage Salesforce application, including user management, profiles, roles, and permissions in Lightning.
- Customize dashboards, reports, forms, page layouts, and complex flows.
- Integrate and maintain third-party applications such as Greenhouse, NetSuite, and Marketo.
- Implement and track AI-powered features using Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce.
- Collaborate with BizOps to design and implement new business processes and enhancements.
- Plan sprints using Wrike and manage work within an Agile/Scrum framework.
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Platform Administrator II strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Salesforce Admin capacity.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Flow Builder and intermediate logic skills.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps concepts, including sandbox management, change sets, and tools like Gearset.
- Must be based in Utah to accommodate the hybrid work requirement.
- Proficient in data manipulation using Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce data tools like Data Loader.
Nice to have
- Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist Certification, or Platform App Builder.
- Ability to read and troubleshoot Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud for partner or customer-facing portals.
- Intermediate business analysis skills to evaluate data flows and business value.
