What you will do

• Elicit solution requirements through interviews, workshops, and collaborative sessions to clarify business needs.
• Assist technical teams with solution design, including data modeling, interface definitions, and process flows.
• Analyze current-state data structures and perform gap analysis to define future-state solutions.
• Write and refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for iterative delivery teams.
• Coordinate and support integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor bridging the gap between business leadership and technical teams.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst on IT initiatives.
• Experience with multi-system solutions, integrations, APIs, cloud-based solutions, and distributed systems.
• Ability to create process flows, data flows, sequence diagrams, or system diagrams.
• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for analysis and validation.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for project delivery.
• Must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• A portfolio of successful CRM and ERP projects.
• Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or advisory role.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
