What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to design solutions, deliver presentations, and address customer questions.
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer workflows and recommend solutions.
- Conduct product demos and proofs of concept that connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
- Own the technical components of RFPs and RFIs.
- Influence product roadmap priorities by sharing customer feedback with Engineering and Product teams.
- Define technical success criteria pre-sale and ensure successful post-sale handoffs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Northeast, US
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering.
- Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or digital risk protection.
- Proficiency in automation technologies and modern software architecture.
- Strong ability to translate technical language into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as OSCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or SPIN.
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas or delivering complex integration projects.
