TL;DR
DR Manager (Sales): Leading a team of Sales Development Representatives to turn high-volume demand into qualified pipeline with an accent on real-time coaching and creative outbound motions. Focus on pipeline generation, rep development, and shaping modern AI-driven prospecting workflows.
Location: Hybrid/Onsite in San Francisco (Must be in office 5 days a week)
Salary: $160,000 – $190,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Coach SDRs in real time through call reviews, joining live calls, and messaging workshops.
- Own pipeline generation, including outbound and inbound qualification and the handoff to AEs.
- Represent the DR function to sales leadership, providing visibility into pipeline health and market signals.
- Develop team members by defining success standards and building clear progression paths.
- Shape the company's outbound strategy by leveraging workflows, signals, and enrichment.
Requirements
- 5+ years in GTM roles with 2+ years managing SDR/BDR teams.
- Prior experience in a closing role.
- Proven ability to coach by doing, with a history of active call participation.
- Strong credibility with sales leadership regarding pipeline and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with modern GTM tooling and curiosity about AI-driven prospecting.
- Must be based in San Francisco and available to work in-office 5 days a week.
