TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and own the HCM and recruiting agency partnerships strategy from the ground up.
  • Develop strategic relationships with recruiting firms, talent partners, and HCM consultancies.
  • Operationalize co-sell motions that contribute meaningful pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Create partner enablement materials, including product education, messaging, and sales collateral.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partner alignment.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or strategic alliances within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Proven ability to build functions from 0 to 1 and create structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a commercially minded approach to driving pipeline.
  • High operational strength with the ability to build repeatable processes and documentation.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco.

  • Experience working with HCM ecosystems, recruiting agencies, staffing firms, or HR technology companies.
