What you will do

• Design and optimize end-to-end multi-channel lifecycle journeys (Email, Push, In-App) using Braze.
• Translate business goals into actionable CRM workflows to drive conversion and retention.
• Analyze CRM performance using LTV, ROI, and incremental lift metrics.
• Expand the communication ecosystem by integrating new channels such as SMS.
• Implement AI and automation solutions to enhance marketing efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in multichannel CRM environments (mobile, email, web).
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools like Braze or HubSpot.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AMPscript or similar languages.
• Growth mindset and interest in emerging technologies.
