TL;DR

Customer Lifecycle Manager (CRM/Braze): Managing the entire user journey from activation to churn to increase LTV through data-driven personalization. Focus on re-architecting CRM logic, simplifying Braze canvases, and integrating data-layer triggers for scalable orchestration.

Location: On-site in Berlin (5 days a week in the office)

Salary: €75K – €90K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

  • Own the full user lifecycle across push, SMS, email, and in-app channels.
  • Re-architect CRM logic by moving segmentation and triggers into the data layer.
  • Map and simplify complex Braze canvases to ensure scalable and monitorable architecture.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to ship personalization experiments and drive LTV uplift.
  • Build monitoring systems to forecast expected vs. actual sends to prevent silent flow failures.
  • Manage the Braze migration, email warm-up, and closure of the in-app notification gap.

Requirements

  • Experience owning lifecycle or CRM at high-volume consumer platforms (e.g., Booking, Airbnb, Duolingo).
  • Strong product, UX, or data-analytics mindset with a focus on systems and user journeys.
  • Proven ability to map complex user flows and rationalize them into scalable architecture.
  • Comfort making data-driven decisions regarding segmentation, timing, and channel selection.
  • Must be based in Berlin and able to work from the office 5 days a week.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Braze.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability and IP-warming.
  • Background as a self-developer, gamer, or maker.
