Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager

Location: Lake Oswego, Oregon; Denver, Colorado; Atlanta, Georgia, or other hirify.global office locations. Hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. Travel requirement: 10%.

Salary: $105,600–$145,200 per year, with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and design of a scalable global sales curriculum covering onboarding through advanced development for multiple sales roles.
• Translate complex technical concepts and market data into practical, engaging training modules with product experts, senior leaders, and strategy teams.
• Lead cross-functional project squads delivering sales enablement initiatives aligned with business growth goals and product launches.
• Apply modern adult learning principles to improve innovation and quality across global learning programs.
• Mentor program managers and content specialists while managing a centralized digital learning repository.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing corporate training programs or enterprise curricula, preferably in technology or software sales enablement.
• Proven experience building large-scale programs from new-hire onboarding through advanced skill development.
• Strong experience partnering with executive leadership to align learning initiatives with business outcomes.
• Practical experience with learning management systems, content platforms, and training performance analytics.
• Background in instructional design, education, learning technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Seismic or Docebo.
• Experience managing complex projects in a global, matrixed organization.
