Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager

Location: Lake Oswego, OR; Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA, or other hirify.global office locations. Hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home; approximately 10% travel required.

Salary: $105,600–$145,200 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and design of a scalable global sales curriculum from new-hire onboarding through advanced development.
• Translate technical concepts and market data into practical, engaging training modules with senior leaders, product experts, and strategy teams.
• Lead cross-functional project squads delivering enablement initiatives aligned with growth goals and product launches.
• Apply modern adult learning principles to improve the quality and effectiveness of global learning programs.
• Mentor program managers and content specialists while managing a centralized digital learning repository.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing corporate training programs or enterprise curricula, preferably for technology or software sales enablement.
• Experience building large-scale training programs from onboarding through advanced skill development.
• Strong collaboration experience with executive leadership to align learning initiatives with business outcomes.
• Practical experience with learning management systems, content platforms, and training performance analytics.
• Background in instructional design, education, learning technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work from a hirify.global office four days per week and travel approximately 10%.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Seismic or Docebo.
• Experience managing complex projects in a global, matrixed organization.
