Salary: $144,500 – $180,225 USD

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end customer onboarding experience, providing technical guidance and scaling accounts post-integration.
- Monitor integration quality and platform performance to proactively identify and resolve issues for partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, platform-related queries, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain best-practice documentation, onboarding materials, and revenue optimization resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to advocate for partner needs.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and keep partners informed of new product releases and performance updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Account Management.
- Strong understanding of AdTech, MarTech, digital advertising, or SaaS platforms.
- Proven experience onboarding and supporting customers on technology-driven products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for customers.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
- Must be based in California or New York.
