Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (GTM & Operations)

Location: Berlin, with hybrid work requiring three days per week in the office. Hiring scope covers Germany and the UK, with occasional hires in Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Up to four remote calendar weeks are available per year.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring across GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships, as well as Operations functions such as Fund Operations and Fund Accounting.
• Partner with functional and executive leaders to define hiring needs, role outcomes, priorities, timelines, and trade-offs.
• Build and close high-quality candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networks, communities, events, and selected agencies.
• Lead the hiring portfolio using evidence on talent supply, compensation, locations, competitors, and candidate motivation to guide sequencing and capacity.
• Improve hiring quality through structured intake, scorecards, interviews, feedback, closing, and candidate experience improvements.
• Use Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, and Ashby to develop efficient recruiting workflows while maintaining judgment, quality, privacy, and sensitive communication.

Requirements

• Significant end-to-end recruiting experience across business functions such as GTM, Operations, or Professional Services, including senior or high-impact searches.
• A strong record of sourcing and closing hard-to-reach candidates through direct outreach and creative channels.
• Experience working across multiple functions, markets, or locations and adapting to different talent pools and business contexts.
• Experience in fintech, fund administration, or professional services, or the ability to build credibility quickly in a complex domain.
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily recruiting workflows and strong business judgment, ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication is required.

• 60-minute live case interview covering general, situational, and behavioural recruiting questions, with no preparation required.
• Two 30-minute cross-functional interviews exploring advisory ability, organisational judgment, and leverage.
