What you will do

• Develop interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations to deliver actionable insights.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and build aggregates and semantic layers for reporting.
• Lead the migration of reporting from QlikView to Tableau, ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and models.
• Train and support end users on BI tools and reporting best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Reporting.
• Expert-level experience with Tableau and advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and lakehouse architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (4 days onsite) in Scottsdale, AZ.

Nice to have

• Experience with QlikView to Tableau migration.
• Background in data modeling and reporting optimization.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms.
