What you will do

• Design scalable data models that translate complex business and product logic into efficient code for analytical and operational reporting.
• Conduct regular data analysis and deliver high-quality, repeatable dashboards and analytics solutions for internal stakeholders.
• Investigate, triage, and debug data incidents to identify root causes and propose effective resolutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Develop expert-level knowledge of hirify.global platforms, data pipelines, and the broader advertising ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar field.
• 2+ years of experience specifically in marketing or product analytics.
• 2+ years of experience with Tableau or equivalent dashboarding tools.
• Extensive SQL experience and working knowledge of database definition language.
• Experience working with high-volume data environments (100M+ records) and ETL concepts.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in martech or adtech, including understanding of ad buying and attribution.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
