What you will do

• Develop visualizations and ETL tools to provide operational insights for telecom networks.
• Design and implement Customer Dashboards and reports for real-time SLA performance tracking.
• Create and test customized SQL codes for client-specific RDBMS.
• Define new KPIs and interpret data from primary and secondary sources to identify revenue growth and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify operations consoles and evaluate Python automation opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end service delivery process from conceptualization and design to automation and transition.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 2+ years of IT experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of progressive experience.
• Required experience with SQL Server or Azure.
• Proficiency in Spark (PySpark), SQL, Python, and Hive.
• Strong foundation in data modelling fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience creating data visualizations using Tableau and Looker.
