What you will do

• Coordinate with internal drafters, consultants, and data-entry staff to ensure tasks are delivered on schedule.
• Serve as the main liaison with utility companies and municipal permitting departments.
• Track permits, applications, and approvals, and escalate delays when necessary.
• Prepare and review critical project documentation, including service request forms and utility maps.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables using Monday.com.
• Verify installation readiness, utility upgrades, permits, and material availability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical, construction, or utility sectors.
• Strong familiarity with electrical systems and ability to interpret one-line diagrams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Ability to work US Eastern Standard Time (9 AM – 5 PM EST).

Nice to have

• Experience with project management software such as Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.
