What you will do

• Own channel targets for qualified pipeline and closed ARR across North America.
• Expand revenue via VARs, distributors, and referral partners.
• Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing channel team.

• Implement scalable forecasting, territory planning, and operating rhythms.
• Align channel execution with broader US commercial priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience scaling channel revenue in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Strong track record working with VARs and strategic distributors.
• Experience leading and growing high-performing channel teams.
• Deep knowledge of channel economics, partner incentives, and co-selling motions.
• Must be based in Chicago.
• Background in software security, cybersecurity, or developer tools is strongly preferred.
