What you will do
- Own channel targets for qualified pipeline and closed ARR across North America.
- Expand revenue via VARs, distributors, and referral partners.
- Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing channel team.
- Directly manage and scale revenue for two key strategic partners.
- Implement scalable forecasting, territory planning, and operating rhythms.
- Align channel execution with broader US commercial priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling channel revenue in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Strong track record working with VARs and strategic distributors.
- Experience leading and growing high-performing channel teams.
- Deep knowledge of channel economics, partner incentives, and co-selling motions.
- Must be based in Chicago.
- Background in software security, cybersecurity, or developer tools is strongly preferred.
