TL;DR

VP of Channel (AI/SLED): Owning the end-to-end channel motion for an AI-native GTM intelligence company selling into the public sector with an accent on building inside sales functions, securing cooperative vehicle authorizations, and managing vendor partnerships. Focus on scaling a founding team to 30+ people, managing P&L of $100M+ GMV, and disrupting the incumbent VAR model.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Compensation: OTE $300K – $350K + Equity + Bonus

hirify.global is an AI-native go-to-market intelligence company building a modern, tech-forward public sector Value Added Reseller (VAR) for the SLED market.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end channel motion and direct P&L ownership for the channel business.
  • Build and scale the inside sales and contract negotiation team from a founding crew to 10-30+ people.
  • Establish and deepen strategic partnerships at the SVP/CRO level across the SLED software ecosystem.
  • Secure authorization onto key cooperative vehicles including TIPS, Sourcewell, OMNIA, NASPO ValuePoint, GSA Schedule 70, and state-specific vehicles.
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision to disrupt the traditional incumbent VAR model using a tech-forward approach.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 12-15+ years of operational leadership experience specifically inside a Value Added Reseller (VAR).
  • Direct P&L responsibility for $100M+ in GMV at a vertical or business unit level.
  • Proven track record of personally negotiating authorization onto multiple cooperative vehicles.
  • Experience building and managing inside sales and contract negotiation teams of 10-30+ people.
  • Existing executive-level relationships (SVP/CRO) within the SLED software ecosystem.
