What you will do
- Own full-cycle hiring for GTM roles including Account Executives, SDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Build and maintain strong outbound pipelines for high-priority sales and partnership positions.
- Partner with GTM leadership to define hiring needs, role profiles, and long-term headcount strategy.
- Run structured, high-signal interview processes that maintain a high bar for talent.
- Support hiring for key engineering roles as business needs evolve.
- Deliver a transparent and professional candidate experience that reflects the company brand.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
- Strong expertise in hiring GTM roles (AE, SDR, CS, partnerships, marketing).
- Proven ability to source, engage, and close competitive candidates.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal direction.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and push back when necessary.
- High ownership mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
