What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, GTM, and business functions from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline using proactive sourcing methods.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and strengthen the employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics to improve workflows and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS or startup environments.
• Proven success leading full-cycle recruiting across diverse functions and seniority levels.
• Strong ability to influence and partner with executives and hiring managers.
• Experience building recruiting processes and infrastructure from the ground up.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling a company from ~20 to 200 employees.
• Familiarity with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics.
• Strong employer branding or talent marketing experience.
