Salary: $110,000 – $140,000

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding for North American roles.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies via networking, referrals, social platforms, and targeted outreach to build strong talent pipelines.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing market insights and data-driven hiring recommendations.
- Evaluate candidates using structured interviews and standardized screening methodologies to assess fit and skills.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously optimize pipeline performance and hiring quality.
- Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts through inclusive sourcing and equitable hiring practices.
Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
- Proven success in developing creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
- Experience influencing hiring decisions and partnering with senior leadership.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use market intelligence to guide stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Burlington, MA office 4 days per week.
- Must have valid US work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
