What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and corporate business functions on a global scale.
• Partner with senior leaders to define hiring plans, organizational design, and talent strategy.
• Advise stakeholders on market insights, compensation trends, and hiring best practices.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through networking, mapping, and outreach.
• Build scalable, data-informed hiring processes that prioritize speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within startups or high-growth companies.
• Proven track record of hiring for GTM and business functions like Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience advising senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on recruiting execution.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience working remotely across multiple time zones and diverse cultures.
