Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid/Onsite). Must live within commuting distance as office attendance is required 4-5 days a week.
Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (Total target compensation)

What you will do
- Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
- Conduct strategic outbound calls and emails daily to build a consistent pipeline.
- Align digital marketing solutions with prospect business objectives and needs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and schedule demos.
- Manage lead data and ensure accuracy within Salesforce CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments and deals closed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ year of sales or relevant professional experience.
- Proven sales ability demonstrated by past experience in similar roles.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce is an advantage).
- Must be based in or within commuting distance of Dallas, TX.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
