What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of 7-8 Account Executives to raise the bar on day-to-day execution.
  • Own team performance, including quota attainment and forecast accuracy.
  • Manage a tight weekly rhythm of pipeline reviews, forecasting, and deal inspection.
  • Ensure reps are consistently building pipeline and maintaining discipline in outbound efforts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to optimize pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Utilize HubSpot, Gong, and Outreach to maintain visibility into pipeline and rep activity.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and coaching Account Executives.
  • Proven track record of hitting and beating quotas.
  • Experience in fast-moving, outbound-heavy sales environments.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into technical buyers such as DevOps, Security, or infrastructure teams.
  • Experience with Outreach and other sales acceleration tools.
