What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.
- Drive pipeline growth, ensure forecasting accuracy, and oversee quota attainment.
- Improve sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics.
- Coach representatives on discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, RevOps, and Customer Success teams.
- Hire, onboard, and ramp new sales talent to scale the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing SaaS sales teams, preferably in the Mid-Market segment.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS sales.
- Experience managing both high-velocity and consultative sales cycles.
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed quotas.
- Excellent skills in coaching, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Must be based in the USA.
