What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.
  • Drive pipeline growth, ensure forecasting accuracy, and oversee quota attainment.
  • Improve sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics.
  • Coach representatives on discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, RevOps, and Customer Success teams.
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new sales talent to scale the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing SaaS sales teams, preferably in the Mid-Market segment.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience managing both high-velocity and consultative sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed quotas.
  • Excellent skills in coaching, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Must be based in the USA.
