Salary: $168,000 - $208,000 annually

What you will do

• Define and shape the product roadmap for fraud and abuse prevention in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead the end-to-end release process for new features, ensuring successful adoption and feedback loops.
• Partner with Engineering and Analytics to integrate agentic AI tools into the product offering.
• Act as the primary product point of contact for Sales and Customer Success teams in the NYC office.
• Develop GTM materials, ROI frameworks, and enablement documentation for enterprise buyers.
• Gather and synthesize market feedback from merchants and internal teams to identify innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in fraud and/or abuse, specifically within large e-commerce or retail environments.
• Proven track record of owning a product domain end-to-end with high autonomy.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to enterprise buyers and technical teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and functions.
• Technical and analytical curiosity regarding data, APIs, and evolving fraud patterns.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work from the office at least three days per week.
