What you will do

• Build and execute creative outbound campaigns to generate a high-quality sales pipeline.
• Design and run marketing experiments to test and optimize new lead generation channels.
• Maintain CRM cleanliness and follow strict processes to track effort and outreach performance.
• Create compelling content tailored to technical decision makers.
• Support the sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
• 2+ years of experience in BDR or growth roles, preferably selling technical products to technical audiences.
• Proven ability to write and implement outbound sales playbooks rather than just following existing ones.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for technical stakeholders.
• High organizational skills and experience managing sales processes and CRM tools.

• Proven track record selling ML/AI products or developer tools.
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Existing professional relationships within the ML/AI ecosystem.
