What you will do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing global freelancer recruitment team to achieve network growth targets.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment fulfillment and track operational KPIs to ensure delivery efficiency.
- Manage pre-sales discovery and scoping to align freelancer supply with pipeline demands.
- Drive process optimization across the talent acquisition lifecycle, specifically for sourcing and onboarding.
- Manage recruitment-related support tickets to ensure SLA adherence and freelancer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to improve freelance testing opportunity design and communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume global talent acquisition, TA Operations, or managing freelance marketplaces.
- Proven capability in data analytics to monitor marketplace dynamics and team performance.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and modern sourcing methodologies.
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills to diagnose network bottlenecks and engineer solutions.
- Ability to build relationships across multi-regional delivery, product, and sales teams.
- Must be based in AMER to align with regional operational requirements.
